The same rules apply to every template; each template page adds its own photo tips, length and cost.

- One photo per video: JPG, PNG, WebP, up to 10 MB.
- A clear, well-lit photo with your whole face visible works best.
- Two-person templates need both people in the same photo.
- Only photos of you, or of adults who agreed. No children, no public figures.
You get
- A vertical 9:16 video at 720p, 4–15 seconds depending on the template.
- No watermark added by Trendify.
- The credit cost is shown before you start. If a generation fails, the credits go back automatically.
- Videos are saved privately in My remakes, where you can download them again.

How long does a video take?
We'll publish typical times once generation opens and we have measured them. You won't need to keep the page open: finished videos appear in My remakes.
How many credits does a video use?
It depends on the length you generate: 10 credits per second on the Standard tier at 720p, so a 10-second video is 100 credits and a typical 12-second trend is 120. Each trend shows its exact cost before you start.
What happens to my photo?
Photos are stored privately and used only to make the video you asked for. Our video provider processes them under its own terms; we don't use your photos to train AI models. Ask support to delete them at any time.
Can I use someone else’s photo?
Only photos of you, or of adults who agreed. Photos of children and of public figures are not allowed.
Do I get my credits back if it fails?
Yes. If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. A cash refund for a purchase is a separate request, explained in the Help center.
Where can I post the videos?
Our terms cover personal and social-media use on your own accounts. You're responsible for music and other third-party material in a trend: choose music your platform allows for your account type and purpose, and check the licence separately for commercial use or use across platforms.
