100 credits = one 10s Standard 720p video. A 12s trend uses 120 credits.
How credits and billing work
- Credits per video
- The Standard tier at 720p uses 10 credits per second of video: 100 credits for 10 seconds, 120 for 12. Each template shows its exact cost before you start, and the credits are reserved when generation starts.
- When credits expire
- Monthly plan credits are valid until the end of that billing month and don't roll over. Yearly plans deliver the whole year's credits at once, valid until the end of the yearly period. Credit packs never expire. Credits that expire soonest are used first.
- Failed generations
- If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. That returns credits, not money.
- Refunds
- A cash refund for a purchase is requested through a support ticket and reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
- Cancelling a subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing; your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
