Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Trendify Video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Trendify Video does

You pick a trend template, upload a photo, and we use an AI video model to generate a short video in that style. AI output varies: results will not always match the template preview exactly, and we cannot guarantee a particular look. We may add, change or remove templates and features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us through a support ticket if you think someone else has used your account.

Photos you upload

Before generating a video you confirm, and you agree, that:

• the photo shows you, or you have permission from everyone in it;
• everyone in the photo is 18 or older;
• the photo does not show a public figure or celebrity.

Do not use the service to create content that is sexual, harassing, defamatory, misleading about a real person, or otherwise unlawful. We may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits

• Each template shows its credit cost before you generate. Credits are reserved when generation starts.
• If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Subscription credits are valid for the paid period they were granted for (about one month on monthly plans, one year on yearly plans) and do not roll over. Credits from one-time credit packs do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• To request a refund, open a support ticket with your order details. Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.

Your videos

You may download and share the videos you make for personal and social media use. You are responsible for how you use them, including any music, trademarks or other third-party material that appears in a trend. Trend names and references belong to their respective owners; Trendify Video is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or the creators of the trends.

Reporting content and takedown requests

If you believe a video made with Trendify Video uses your likeness or your work without permission, open a support ticket describing the content. We will review it and remove content where appropriate.

Closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, open a support ticket. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
